I'm a New York-born Californian, dog lover, traveling homebody, photographer and filmmaker. I love slow movies and my comfort food is a chicken parmigiana sandwich. I studied Political Science and Film at the University of Wisconsin, where I also had my first job with cameras. In 2009, I started shooting and editing short videos as an intern for The New York Times. I spent the next several years working with and learning from an amazing production community in New York, including companies like ABC, Bloomberg and American Eagle. Oakland is home now, where I work as a freelance filmmaker and produce independent documentaries with Red Bridge Productions. My work continues to be a mix of documentary and commercial projects, including recent collaborations with Discovery, Netflix and several Bay Area non-profits.
